A small workshop in Hanoi that makes paper stand up
We have been cutting and folding pop-up cards since 2018. The cards go out under our own name on Amazon US, under other people's names in gift shops, and sometimes with a museum's building rising out of the middle.

What we hold to
We are the workshop, not a desk
Design, die-cutting, assembly and packing happen under one roof in Hanoi. That is why a run of a hundred is possible at all, and why the person answering your email can walk over and look at the card you are asking about.
A pop-up is engineering before it is decoration
Every design starts as a folding study. The question is not whether it looks good open, it is whether it closes flat, survives a postbag, and stands up again on a stranger’s kitchen table.
The slow part is the part that shows
Layers are glued and squared one card at a time. Nobody has found a way to machine it, and the day someone does, the result will not be worth sending.
Four doors into the same workshop
One card for a birthday and four thousand for a season come off the same benches, checked against the same sample.

Paper that has to survive the post
A card leaves Hanoi flat in a sleeve and has to arrive in Ohio or Osaka still able to stand up. That constraint decides the stock, the fold, and how much glue holds a layer.
Come and see how it is done
If you are in Hanoi, the quickest way to understand the cards is to cut one. Two hours, our tools, our paper, and you take it home.
