A card that only your organisation has
Send us a building, a logo, a product or a sketch. Our paper engineers turn it into something that stands up when the envelope opens.
Sketch to a sample in your hands: about two weeks. Minimum 300 cards per design.
Who we draw cards for
Museums and attractions
A card of your building, your collection or your landmark, sold only in your shop.
Companies
Year-end and Tet gifts for clients, opened by hand instead of deleted like an e-card.
Associations and professional bodies
Nurses, firefighters, pilots, teachers. We already make cards for these trades and can put your badge on them.
Universities and schools
Graduation, alumni giving, open day. Your campus rising out of the fold.
Hotels and resorts
A welcome card in the room that guests take home instead of leaving on the desk.
Weddings and events
Invitations and favours that guests keep on a shelf for years.
Custom design
Four steps, and you see it before you buy it
Nothing goes into production until a physical sample is sitting on your desk and you have said yes to it.
- 01
Send the brief
What the card is for, roughly how many, when you need them, and anything visual you already have.
- 02
We draw the mechanism
Our paper engineers work out how it stands up and closes flat. You see the folding study before we cut anything.
- 03
You hold a sample
A real card, made on the real stock, couriered to you. Change it as many times as it takes.
- 04
Production and shipping
Approved sample becomes the standard every card is checked against before it is packed.
We already build cards around a trade
These are catalogue designs, not commissions, but they show the mechanisms we work in. A ladder that rises, an aircraft that banks, a hull that lifts off the page.

What to send us
Four things. If you only have two of them, write anyway and we will work out the rest on a call.
- What the card is for, and who opens it
- Roughly how many, and the date they must arrive
- Your logo or artwork, any format, even a photograph
- A budget per card, so we design to it instead of past it
Before you brief us
Can you draw a card from just an idea?
Yes. A photograph of a building, a rough sketch on a napkin, a product, a logo. Our paper engineers turn it into a folding study first, then a physical sample you can hold before anything is produced.
How long does a custom design take?
Sketch to a sample in your hands is about two weeks. Production after approval is 4 to 6 weeks. Book by early September for a December delivery.
What is the minimum for a custom design?
300 cards per design. Below that the tooling cost per card stops making sense, and we will tell you so rather than take the order.
Who owns the design?
You do, for a design we draw to your brief. We do not resell it, and territory exclusivity can be written into the order.
Can the card carry our logo and our message?
Logo cut into the paper or printed, your message inside, your envelope, your packaging. Nothing on the card says CutePopup unless you want it to.
Do you ship internationally?
EXW Hanoi, FOB Hai Phong or Noi Bai. DDP quoted on request. Cards are light, so air freight is realistic even for a few thousand pieces.
Start a brief
Tell us what the card has to do. You get back a price, a timeline and a sample offer, not a brochure.
