Sessions run on request while we fit out a permanent studio space. Tell us your dates and we confirm the time and the venue with you by email.

How the two hours go

Choose from the mechanisms we keep ready that day. A tree, a bouquet, a small house, an animal.

You work on the real thing, the same Italian card stock that goes into the cards we sell.

This is the moment it stops being paper and starts standing up on its own.

Ink, envelope, and a stamp if you want to post it home from Hanoi.

Cards from our production range. In a session you build a simpler version of the same mechanism, with the same paper and the same tools.

A quiet two hours off the Old Quarter loop, and a souvenir you actually made.

Children from about eight upwards manage the cutting with help. Younger ones get a pre-cut kit.

We run sessions at your venue on a schedule that fits your itinerary. Commission terms on request.

Up to forty people, in Vietnamese or English, with your logo cut into the card if you like.

Do I need any craft experience?

None. Every session starts from a pre-scored kit and one of our paper artists sits with your group the whole way through.

How long does a session take?

Around two hours. Most people finish one full card and a small folded gift tag.

What languages do you run it in?

Vietnamese and English. Tell us on the form if your group needs another language and we will try to arrange it.

Where in Hanoi does it happen?

We confirm the venue when we confirm your date. Sessions run at our workshop and, for tour groups and hotels, at a venue you choose in the city.

Can you host a private group?

Yes. Families, school trips, hotel guests, company team days and tour groups are all welcome. Tell us the group size and we will quote per person.

What do I take home?

The card you made, its envelope, and the offcut sheets if you want to keep practising.
