This site has two forms and no advertising. Everything below describes exactly what happens to what you type into them.

What we collect
Only what you type, plus one technical detail. We do not run advertising trackers, we do not set marketing cookies, and we do not buy or sell contact lists.
- Wholesale and custom enquiries
- Company, your name, email, country, type of business, expected order size, and your message.
- Workshop requests
- Your name, email, country, group size, the dates you are in Hanoi, and your message.
- Sent with every form
- The browser and device string your browser reports, and the time you sent it. We use this only to tell real enquiries from automated spam.
Why we collect it
To answer you, to quote your order, and to keep a record of the conversation so the next person who picks it up knows what was agreed. That is the whole purpose. If you ask us a question and we answer it, and you never write again, we have no other use for your details.
Who else sees it
Our own team, and the three services we run the business on:
- Cloudflare
- Hosts the site, delivers it worldwide, and receives mail sent to our addresses. Cloudflare processes your IP address as part of serving the page.
- Our enquiry inbox and the spreadsheet where enquiries are recorded run on Google services.
- Amazon
- Product links leave this site for amazon.com. Once you are on Amazon, their privacy notice applies, not ours.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that turn into orders are kept as long as we have to keep the commercial record. Enquiries that go nowhere are deleted after two years. Ask us sooner and we will delete them sooner.
What you can ask us to do
Write to hello@cute-popup.com and ask for a copy of what we hold on you, a correction, or deletion. We will do it within thirty days and we will not ask you why. If you are in the EU or the UK, these are your rights under the GDPR; we apply the same to everyone regardless of where they write from.
Cookies
This site sets none of its own. Cloudflare may set a cookie to tell human visitors from automated traffic. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
Children
The workshop is open to children accompanied by an adult, but the booking form is meant to be filled in by the adult. We do not knowingly collect details from anyone under sixteen.
