Questions buyers ask first
Are you the manufacturer or a trading company?
We are the manufacturer. Design, die-cutting, assembly and packing all happen in our own workshop in Hanoi, which is also why we can run short custom orders.
What is the minimum order?
100 cards per design for designs already in the catalogue, 300 cards per design for a design we draw for you. Mixed cartons across designs are fine.
How long does production take?
2 to 3 weeks for catalogue designs and 4 to 6 weeks including sampling for custom work. Peak season, from September to November, runs longer, so book Christmas volume early.
Can I get samples first?
Samples ship in 7 to 10 days. Sample cost is credited against the first bulk order.
What are the payment terms?
T/T, 50% deposit and 50% against copy of B/L. L/C at sight considered for repeat buyers.
Do you handle shipping?
EXW Hanoi, FOB Hai Phong or Noi Bai. DDP quoted on request. Cards are light, so air freight is realistic for reorders and sea freight for season stock.
Can you put my brand on the cards?
Yes. Envelope, back cover, insert card, barcode and outer packaging can all carry your brand. There is no CutePopup marking on a private label run.
Do you already sell in my market?
We have shipped to buyers across North America, Europe, Australia and East Asia, and we sell direct on Amazon US. Territory exclusivity on a custom design is negotiable.
